Language learning is getting more important with the globalization, scientific and technological development in our lives. Solving the problems of students in educational system is as important as learning a language.
       While learning our own culture we use our mother tongue as a tool. Language learning is a step to realize our culture, interact with people and be in contact.
     Negative attitudes and prejudice against learning language affect learners’ language success. Not only a learner’s thought about how important language is but also attitude of their parents and environment have an inevitable effect on learning language. As a whole the positive or negative interaction between teachers and learners, activities during the lesson, methods and tools are the main stage               of foreign language education.
         It is an important point that four skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing should be effectively taken into consideration in training process.
          While practicing four skills audio-visual materials should certainly be used in this field. Learners' practices on learning, activeness of teachers during the lesson, the motivation of students and individual differences must be considered in this process.
         An endeavor without taking the factors we mentioned above into consideration, can be a cause for students’ prejudices and filter for foreign language learning. Then what can we do to overcome students’ filters and prejudices;
       These are our suggestions:                                            
*We should enhance teacher-student, student-student effective interaction during the lesson.
*  We should design teaching environment in a way that encourages peripheral learning,
*we should use different technics and materials
*  We should raise motivation of both teachers and students
* We should make awareness of importance of learning foreign language.
* We should not miss the critical age of learning foreign language.

If you feel nervous when it comes to speak foreign language although your language level is good enough to communicate,

If it is too hard to utter just a word even though you make sentences in your mind,

If you escape from any foreign language activities, environments and

If you have already given up and lost your faith ,

it means that you have foreign language fear and anxiety.

But.. DON'T PANIC. You can overcome it. Just you want it.

Put the negative thoughts away.

Don’t try to be perfect. No one is perfect.

Take a deep breath and be open to yourself.

Keep in mind! Native speakers (even no one) don’t care your mistakes.
They understand you so don’t worry...

Dont let the bad experiences discourage you.
